    Groovey, maaaaaaan!

That's because you were there to hear it...!

Awesome, Love BZ! Saw him Back in the mid 90's at Tramp's in NYC... LOVED that place, great show too!

I think I saw him in Boston too maybe a couple of times... not sure why it's cloudy....

Well, I just wasted the last 2 hours listening to some great tunes you guys have posted, so time for my contribution.

I recently just discovered The Claypool Lennon Delirium and haven't been able to get enough since. Les Claypool from Primus and Sean Lennon. Yes it's John's son and you can sure tell when he sings. The album is like Sgt. Pepper taking a ride with Jerry the race car driver.

Yeah, good stuff. I checked out the 2nd vid you posted when I was searching for The Ghost of the Saber Tooth Tiger album I posted last week (Sean’s old band). Dug the Primus - Green Naugahyde release in 2011 and a little of Duo de Twang - Four Foot Shack a few years later. Saw Primus only once at H.O.R.D.E. Fest in ‘97 (beck, Neil young, Ween, Ben Folds Five also at that fest) and they were pretty awesome with Les stomping around the stage with his big black shitkickers...

I haven’t listened to this in a couple years. Let’s see if I still like it:

    Primus - Green Naugahyde (2011)

And I’ll add this too, why not?
Duo de Twang - Four Foot Shack (2014)
  • Rockytdogg

    Cool....! MOAR!!!! (please)

Haven’t heard this yet but that’s about to change... another Beck-like dude with some interesting ideas from a little dif angle (more metal I guess?) I’ve been following him for years now and dig much of his catalogue... so let’s see how this is..?

Ty Segall - Ty Segall (2017)

Here’s the one that really sat me up to take notice:

But I would really suggest perusing his entire catalogue as he covers a good deal of ground and I’m sure you'll find something of value... X-)

So my buddy just called me up to see if I want to go see The Feelies at The Sinclair in Cambridge tonight. I guess he won free tix.... Anyway, I don't know anything about them except that they go way back to the mid 70's and garnered a fair amount of popularity in the 80's and got back together a few years ago. I said sure! I'll bring the mv1 for the van in the parking lot and a loaded wax pen for inside and buy the beer..! They have a new album out, I should probably give it a little listen before going so here we are:

The Feelies - In Between (2017)
  • Heroin Batman
when that came out I could listen to it 100 times in a row. That album is incredible.
