CCELL has a couple distributors in Europe, I'd go with those carts

Yeah, but I couldn't find any top airflow models available. Tried few top airflows from china and I am not going back for down airflow ever again. I ordered 2 of those waxwing cartridges. I'll post a review if I remember..
