You will need to be waaaaaaaaay more specific about what are you interested on a vape you wanna buy or what are the aspects you consider important on that comparison. :brow:

Because undefined questions cannot find right answers :chin:

If I had to pick cause someone had a gun to my head I'd probably pick the fierce but really neither. I considered the pax for my first vape but went instead with the crafty

I’d buy the pax3, ended up keeping mine. Definitely not as bad as everyone says that’s forsure. Extremely discrete, take it to work everyday loaded up, also take some extra coarse ground bud for a reload or two. Doesn’t smell at all like I thought it would after a lot of use. First 2-3 hits taste great then it tastes okay after but gets the job done. Never tried a fierce so cant say anything about that besides that I’d like to try one, not over a pax tho. It’s in Bud’s top 10, fierce isn’t.

hey dude, so you ended up keeping the pax glad it's working out for you. Out of the pax and Tera which do you prefer?
  • Z Master

yeah didn’t want to wait for money to be put back on my card & once i opened it cause I just had to see what it was like, I decided to keep it. I honestly prefer the pax3 over the Tera. Takes too much lung power to get threw a couple sessions in the Tera, guess because of the convection. & I’m one that can take super long draws & a lot of sessions back to back. Don’t get me wrong I really like my Tera, the pax is just easier for me. My Tera still has a funny taste, every once in a while, usually on my first draw but then it goes away. Some of my first draws out of it taste amazing then some taste plastic like, or something weird. This is after I fully cleaned it.

...well, in this case I am looking for portable vape that doesn't require a torch that is most excellent to replace my (neglected because it suks) OG Pax...

...the Ghost MV is a contender but it is huge and complex...the FP of true portables...

...I was looking at a Quant or something which is a Fury 2 and became interested in the design...

...it looks like a MV and a Pax had a child...

I'm a little surprised your experience with the Tera everything I've heard about it says it should be a beast even though water so the heater should keep up but maybe your ripping it to hard? Can't comment on the bad taste other that it might be the weed it's self, are you getting from a good source? Cause weed grown with bad fertilizer will have a bad taste imo

I only use top shelf quality. I’m surprised as I wrote it so I loaded both up rn, to test exactly what I said. Have some Mimosa Cream that tastes amazing that ima try both with rn.

...now I have to Bing Tera...you guys keep fuking up my preconceived notions and biases...

...we be so out of it... .!.:D.!.

this load out of the Tera I got threw it pretty quick, & nothing but great flavor the whole time. I know convection vapes take longer to get the hot air to heat the herb & that’s the only problem I have with the Tera. Takes longer to produce vapor but is worth it. I take back what I said in the previous comment. So if I’m going absolutely anywhere, even just outside I prefer the Pax3. Home use I use the Tera. I do use both at home if I have time, if not just the Tera. I load up both sit back & relax. I just got the small 3pc HerbRipper coarse grind. & I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I think it works better in both convection & conduction vapes than fine grind. I love the Tera & Pax3.

I use a fairly course grind as well, works fine in my crafty and dynavap
  • Z Master

in my Dynavap I only used course. Fine grind goes too quick for me in every vape. The Tera does fit easily in my pocket just definitely not as comfortable & discrete as the Pax that’s why I prefer to take it everywhere

I have both a pax3 and a fierce both vapes will get the job done. The fierce and pax3 have similar battery life. The difference is in how they are used. The pax3 is a vape you sip it is designed to give lots of vapor without long draws. The fierce you can take long or short rips and it delivers clouds.

The fury2 I also have and it has a much shorter battery life but is built like a tank and portable.

Ps I've listed the fierce and fury 2 for sale as I am not using them.

...I love the E Nano...I bought one for my best friend...

...if the Pax 3 doesn't suk I think I made the right choice looking at the Tera and Pax together...

...I have the E Nano for home...

...now that I finally broke down and bought the Pax 3 after three years the will probably come out with the Pax 4 next week and drop the price on the '3's by $100...

...I am going to un box it soon...

The Pax 3 is a sweet little stealth vape. NewVape has some nice Accessories if you have any money left over.

Why does your Bio pic make me want to watch Farscape again????

...I'm taking the fuking thing back tomorrow because the gasket for the concentrate lid will didn't stay on and will not go back on...

...it was floating around in the box when I opened it...

...I stopped messing with it as it really would not stay on and I figgered I would soon break it or shoot it off somewhere like a rubber band truing to get it back on...

...I was eyeballing the Davinci whilst at the shop but had heard the Pax3 did ok with concentrates...

...maybe I will come home tomorrow with the basic Pax pagage w/o the concentrate lid...

i only use the pax3 for flower, didn’t even want to mess with concentrates out of it. I got the basic kit because I didn’t need it for concentrates. Got a rig for concentrates. Good luck

...to be honest methinks that a totally different solution is in order if I feel a need for portable concentrates...

    ...say...a DynaCoil…

...I can't see where you would carry all the lids to the Pax around with you and the concentrate lid would be impossible behind that gasket...

    ...WTF were they thinking...!?!...

...thank you...I wish I had opened this three hours ago...

...but I did find a nice new tool at the shop where I made a fool of meself…

…it's a 4 3/4" x 3/8" SS rod with a 1/4" "screw driver" tip and eight rings milled in the middle...

...I wonder how many people in cyber space are LoL @ Hapo...LoL…

...the gasket floating around was a spare and I thought it fell off and kept trying to install it in the wrong location around the outside of the tank...

...I still have doubts aboot the tank...have you ever use it...???...

...the Pax tool is awesome...the Pax needs a tool like that...
