    S&B recieved my Mighty yesterday around noon. They emailed me a few hours later saying: "your device has been repaired or replaced. You will receive an email with a tracking number from the courier service as soon as the device has been shipped." An hour after that I got an email that my package has been sent. No further details from them. I just know that they are sending a repaired or replaced Mighty at zero cost to me. So I now wait in anticipation to see what I get. I'm hoping and guessing that they are sending me a new one. It seems unlikely they evaluated, repaired, and shipped mine back in under 6 hours. We'll see, I'll let you guys know when it gets here in a few days.

    Got a response today, they have asked me to send my unit in so they can evaluate it. I bought it eleven months ago straight from the S&B site so it is well under the 2 year warranty. As for my usage I use it almost daily with maybe 40 to 50 hours on it total but I clean it weekly and besides my problem with the screen it looks and functions like new. My optimal situation would be to get a new one with the 25% better battery. If they want money I may just tell them to send it back. I’ve spent good money on it plus extra cooling chambers and dosing capsules. So we will see what happens. I don’t look forward to being without my Mighty. Guess I’ll have to dust of my old Pax...
  • Mighty LED Flickering
    I have had my Mighty for almost a year and have used it daily. Recently my screen has begun flickering off and not illuminating. I have to gently squeeze, tap, and/or flick the unit to get the screen to come back on. This happens plugged in charging (I never vape with it plugged in) and while vaping unplugged. The weird thing is that it does not always happen. Sometimes I can go through a whole session with no problem. Other times it is almost impossible to get the screen to stay illuminated. Functionally everything else works great. However I am concerned that maybe it is the beginning of a bigger problem. I am still within warranty so I filled out an RMA on the S&B site and I am awaiting a response. I have looked through several forums and this is the first place I have seen a problem similar to mine. I will let you know what S&B says.
