Hey Baron, you're right and that's what I've been trying to do since Thanksgiving. 4 emails and their silence was deafening, never a reply. But some positive news this morning , first they answered me !!! they then apologized for their behavior and stated the Ti color started to ship and they "should" have my order out by next week. Our interest free loans to them have been part of their M.O. since their inception.

Hey Pud , the AVB is 53% which is 106 proof, but I've gotten bottles from the UK at 116 proof in the past. I'm hoping it was a case of the wrong person at the wrong time and when they resend it , the package gets through.

Don't know what's going on with UPS & FedEx but I just received an email from a whiskey site in the Netherlands informing me that a rare Spirit that I purchased has been returned to them by FedEx Priority refusing to deliver it because the AVB or Proof was too high. Say Whattt ???
